A seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience as a sales agent and manager. He specializes in income-producing real estate and has helped hundreds of clients achieve financial freedom by building real estate portfolios and creating mailbox income.
As a Branch Manager, Craig successfully managed two flagship Coldwell Banker offices, overseeing daily operations and managing hundreds of millions of dollars in sales every year. He has also served as a real estate sales coach, sharing his expertise with other industry professionals on how to build, maintain, and grow real estate portfolios.
Throughout his sales career, Craig has represented several hundred clients in various areas of the real estate industry, including commercial, residential, investment, and ground-up development. He has been recognized as one of the top real estate agents locally and nationally for two decades and has received numerous top sales awards, including Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Presidents Award.
